First. External cleaning, protection and maintenance of pedestrian gates
If it is a cabinet that is painted or sprayed on the outside, wipe off the dust on the outside with a soft cloth. If there is a scratch, you can use the same color paint to repair it, but be careful not to stain the opposite radio eye of the swing barrier gates and flap barrier gates, otherwise they may alarm by mistake, causing unnecessary trouble.
Second, the protection and maintenance of the gate movement
1. First cut off the power supply, open the cover of the gate, clean the external dust, clean the transmission part first and then add butter, and the gears and wheel grooves of speed gates, flap barrier gate and swing barrier gate should also be properly greased;
2. Check whether the fasteners and connecting rods are loose, and tighten them.
3. Finally check the wear status of the wearing parts. The positioning arm of the tripod turnstile and the positioning plate have a gap of more than 3mm to replace it in time. The normal gap is (1-1.5mm). Add butter to the solenoid valve core to make the solenoid When the valve moves left and right, the resistance is reduced and lubricated. Third, the power supply protection and maintenance of the gate circuit
1. First cut off the power supply and clean the exterior dust. When cleaning, be careful not to wash with water to prevent short circuit.
2. According to the previous usage, check whether there is a problem with the circuit part. If there is no problem, check whether the circuit, power supply, wire, and each plug-in are exposed or loose, bandage, arrange, tighten the plug-in, and check if there is any leakage. If there is aging, it should be replaced in time.
3. Finally refer to the turnstile manual to check whether the parameters of each part are normal and whether there are aging electronic components. If there is a problem, find the source of the problem and replace a single electronic component.
